1 Arusha

Program of the Day:
Arrive at Kilimanjaro International Airport, where your safari guide will greet you and transfer you to your accommodation in Arusha. Spend the rest of the day relaxing after your journey. If you have some free time, you might explore the vibrant city of Arusha or unwind at your lodge, enjoying the peaceful surroundings and preparing for the exciting days ahead.

2 Arusha National Park

Program of the day:
Begin your adventure with a visit to Arusha National Park, a diverse and beautiful park that offers a range of activities, which can be arranged at an extra cost if requested before your safari. One option is a guided walking safari at the base of Mount Meru, where you'll have the chance to encounter giraffes, buffaloes, and a variety of bird species up close, providing an intimate connection with the natural world. Alternatively, you can embark on a canoeing excursion on the serene Momella Lakes, gliding past flamingos, pelicans, and other waterfowl as you take in the stunning surroundings.
After these unique experiences, enjoy a game drive through the park, where you'll have the opportunity to spot zebras, colobus monkeys, and, if you're lucky, leopards and other predators. Arusha National Park also offers breathtaking views of Mount Meru and, on clear days, the majestic Mount Kilimanjaro. After a full day of exploration and adventure, you'll return to Arusha for a relaxing evening, reflecting on the incredible sights and sounds of the day.

3 Lake Manyara National Park

Program of the Day:
After breakfast, you'll depart from Arusha and head to Lake Manyara National Park, located at the base of the Great Rift Valley escarpment. Start the day with a thrilling game drive through the park's diverse landscapes, from dense forests to open plains. Keep an eye out for the park's famous tree-climbing lions, large elephant herds, and graceful giraffes.
Lake Manyara is also a haven for birdwatchers, home to over 400 species, including flamingos that line the shores. Around midday, enjoy a packed lunch at a scenic spot within the park, surrounded by stunning views.
In the afternoon, continue your game drive, exploring different habitats within the park. As the day ends, return to your lodge for a relaxing evening, with dinner and time to unwind after a day full of adventure.

4 Cultural Exploration at Lake Eyasi

Program of the day:
After breakfast, journey to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, home to the spectacular Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Upon arrival, descend into the crater for a full-day game drive. Witness a high density of wildlife, including the Big Five—lion, elephant, buffalo, leopard, and rhinoceros—as well as a variety of other animals and birds.
Enjoy a picnic lunch on the crater floor amidst breathtaking scenery. After your crater exploration, ascend and travel to Karatu. Enjoy dinner and an overnight stay at a lodge in Karatu.

6 Tarangire NP - Airport

Program of the Day:
On your final day, depart from Karatu and drive to Tarangire National Park, famous for its large elephant herds and iconic baobab trees. Enjoy a morning game drive through the park, where you might spot zebras, wildebeests, lions, and other wildlife in their natural habitat.
After your game drive, you'll either return to Arusha for some relaxation before your departure or head straight to Kilimanjaro International Airport for your onward journey, concluding your Tanzanian safari adventure.
